Neuromuscular Fellowship Manager

Software for neuromuscular fellowship programs

The running of a fellowship, in one place.

Cut the administrative overhead of running a fellowship. Schedules that build themselves around everyone's time away, reminders and feedback requests that go out on their own, an electrodiagnostic toolkit for the teaching itself, and one place to run the conferences and courses you host — built by a neuromuscular program for the people who actually run one.

Motor unit potentials — the shape behind every tool in the kit

Lower overhead

The administrative hours are the cost. The software takes them on.

Every rota built by hand, every reminder resent and every feedback form chased is an hour of someone's paid time. Hand that work to the software and the overhead of running the program — and what it costs — comes down.

Smart scheduling

Clinic schedules that build themselves.

Give it each fellow's clinic template and everyone's away dates. It generates the rotation, leaves the gaps where people are away, and holds the result as a draft until you review and publish it.

Teaching is assigned the same way — matched to each clinician's preferred topics and to the dates they are actually available.

  • Reminders

Presenters and fellows are reminded before every session, without anyone sending a thing.

  • Feedback

Post-session feedback and quarterly evaluations are requested and chased automatically.

  • Swaps

Clinic and teaching trades go through the portal instead of a reply-all thread.

  • Attendance

Recorded as it happens, and already counted when the director needs it.

What it handles

The administrative weight of a training program, carried by the software.

Every part of this was written because a fellowship needed it that week — not as a feature list drawn up in advance.

01

Teaching schedule

Sessions, topics and presenters across the academic year. Drafts are assigned in bulk, reviewed, then published; swaps between presenters go through the portal rather than a reply-all thread.

02

Clinic rotations

Fellow templates, rotation grids and per-site coverage, with away dates and vacation requests folded into the same calendar the schedule is generated from.

03

Case log & competencies

Fellows log studies with nerves, muscles and diagnoses recorded as structured fields, so progress against competency targets is counted rather than estimated.

04

Feedback & evaluations

Post-session feedback and quarterly evaluations are requested automatically, chased automatically, and collected where the director can actually read them.

05

Handbook & library

The program handbook, session materials and a reading list, versioned and kept where trainees will look for them instead of in an email attachment.

06

People & roles

Your director appoints supervisors, fellows and administrative assistants, and an assistant acts for the providers they support — so the rota, the reminders and the CCs all reach the right desk.

The electrodiagnostic toolkit

Five tools for the teaching itself, not the timetable.

Enabled per program, one at a time — a fellowship runs with what it uses and nothing more.

3D atlas
A nerve and muscle atlas that works as an interactive needle-EMG and nerve conduction reference — rotate to the approach you are teaching.
Waveforms & images
Build your own database of reference images and video, from diagnostic imaging through to the waveforms themselves.
Anatomy practice
Generate test material for teaching out of the library your program has already built.
Literature digest
What is new in the neuromuscular literature, gathered for you — to stay current, and to run a journal club from.
Reference library
A digital library of your fellowship's own reference material, in one place your trainees will actually look.

Conferences & courses

A comprehensive tool for managing the conferences and courses your program runs.

The program, the invitations, the people in the room and the money behind it all — from a guided first setup to the financial report at the end, in the same portal your fellowship already uses.

Before

Plan it and fill it

  • A guided setup takes a new event through its details, program, invitations and budget, one step at a time.
  • An itinerary of talks, workshops and moderated panels across days and rooms, with speakers submitting their disclosures online.
  • Invitations from a spreadsheet in your own wording, or a public registration link to post on your site.
  • RSVPs for in person or online, with a waitlist that moves up on its own when someone cancels.

During

Run the day

  • Each attendee has their own page: the itinerary, the joining link if they are online, and the slides and handouts.
  • Updates and reminders go to the people attending, sent straight away or scheduled ahead.
  • Check-in at the door, and name badges printed from the attendee list.
  • Hotel blocks, catering, printed materials and sponsors, tracked alongside everything else.

After

Close it out

  • Feedback on every session, requested automatically once the last one ends.
  • Participation letters recording attendance and hours, carrying the credit statement you supply.
  • Speaker honoraria and expenses recorded as they are paid, with every receipt on file.
  • A financial report that shows the budget against what was actually spent.

The money

From the first budget to the final report.

Set a budget before anything is booked, record costs and income with their receipts as they happen, and see at any point what has been spent, what is still owing and what is left.

Speakers confirm their honorarium on a private page and say how they would like to be paid — cheque or e-Transfer, personally or through their corporation, with an HST number if they charge it — and claim their travel with the receipts attached.

  • Budget

Plan each heading, then watch paid and owing fill in against it.

  • Receipts

Attached to the payment they support, so nothing lives in an inbox.

  • Speaker pay

Payment details, invoices and expense claims collected from the speakers themselves.

  • Report

One PDF: budget against actual, every transaction, tax totals, and the receipts if you want them.

Enabled per program. Registration fees are collected through your own checkout page, so card details never pass through the portal.

Free tools

How programs sit side by side

Your program's records are yours alone.

A fellowship's case logs and feedback are among the most sensitive records it keeps. Separation is enforced in the database itself, not by a filter the application remembers to apply.

  • Records

Every row belongs to one program. Cases, feedback, evaluations, schedules, attendance and trades are readable only from inside the program that created them.

  • People

Roles are per program. Someone may belong to two fellowships with a different role in each, and sees each one separately.

  • Directors

A director governs their own program. They appoint their supervisors and fellows, and cannot reach another program's records.

  • Platform

Administration is walled off from clinical content. The account that creates programs and enables tools does not get a window into anyone's cases.

Getting started

Four steps, and the program is yours to run.

  1. Your program is created

A dedicated fellowship space, with its own name, its own people and its own records.

  2. You appoint your director

From there the program is self-governing: the director adds supervisors, fellows and administrative assistants.

  3. You choose your tools

The electrodiagnostic toolkit and conference management are enabled item by item, so a program runs with what it uses and nothing more.

  4. Your fellows sign in

One address for everyone — and a sign-in button you can put on your own fellowship's website.

Pricing

Priced per program. Tell us about yours.

Fellowships differ in size, in how many sites they cover and in which tools they need, so pricing is quoted per program rather than listed. Get in touch with the number of fellows and supervisors you expect and we will come back to you.
